The DOCs form a document of urban character, which handles a number of variables affecting the design of the city, such as facilities, the surface of green areas, the urban infrastructure design, but also a vision of a new urban future, more efficient, more profitable and totally real.

The DOCs are:

The Strategic Vision is the preliminary study on the possible implementation of the city in the territory, analyzing its landscape, urban and infrastructural components.
